Salad rurally
Rukolla - one of my favorite salads in the European cuisine! Contains vitamins C, e, carotene, stimulates digestive tract and promotes digestion.

Ingredients

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    7 piece

  • Black olives

    8 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    3 piece

  • Crackers

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

  • Lemon

  • Soy sauce

To prepare the products.

On dish put rucola, chopped spinach, tomatoes, onions (thin rings), cheese(diced), olives, season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, sprinkle with croutons and greens. Bon Appetit!!!
