Salad
I made this salad for the 8th of March. It turned out great.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    1 can

  • Chips

    1 pack

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 pack

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and cut into circles. Place them on a dish, pepper and a little prisolit.

Fish canned in their own juice and mash with a fork (drain the juice), add some mayonnaise, put on top of the potatoes.

Boiled beets RUB on a coarse grater, add mayonnaise and spread on top of fish.

Chips (I used tastefully Luke) crumble and sprinkle on top of beets.

Orange peel and cut into small pieces, put on the edges and in the middle. Decorate with sprigs of parsley.
