Dear cooks, I want to offer a soup-puree of zucchini. Quick, easy to prepare and tasty dish.
Ingredients

Zucchini
400 g

Cream
200 ml

Salt
1 tsp

Black pepper

Dill
-
Crackers
Cooking
Peel the zucchini and blend it, I did it with chopper.
Season with salt and pepper and add the cream.
Put in the microwave on the biggest mode for 5 minutes. Until cooked zucchini. Sprinkle with dill and serve with crackers. The soup is ready!
