Cooking
In a deep Cup sift flour, add salt, yeast, water, oil and hands for 20 minutes knead the soft homogeneous dough that is almost should not stick to hands. Gather the dough into a ball, cover and leave in a warm place for at least 1 hour. The dough should increase 2 times
Abenaim the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts, of which formed 2 balls.

Coat the baking pan with baking paper and put the ring. Top liberally sprinkle with flour. With a sharp scissors on top, at an angle of 45 degrees, making oblique incisions. Make cuts almost to the end. Hand spreading the petals on the outside. Leave for 15 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes, then open oven to drop temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes. The baguettes are ready leave to cool on a wire rack.
