Cooking
Prepare the potatoes. Peeled potatoes put in a pan, fill with water and boil until boiling. So it was not scattered, after boiling, drain the water and fill it with cold water. Sprinkle with salt and cook until tender. When cool, cut each in half (the halves are not to be confused) and vystavlyaem spoon core.
Skin the chicken wash, dry and salt inside.
Prepare the filling for the potatoes. Mushrooms finely chop and put into a heated pan. After the liquid evaporates, add the butter and finely chopped onion. When the onion is ready, add the cream (sour cream), simmer five minutes, add salt, pepper and turn off. Until the mushrooms are slightly cooled, RUB on a small grater cheese and add to the mushrooms, stir.
Each half filled with stuffing and combine them. Optionally sprinkle the potatoes with your favorite spices.
Wrap the potato in the skin. So that the skin stays in place, fastened it with a toothpick.
On the bottom of the form put chopped onion rings. Spread the potatoes. Pour in the shape of a little water (so that it was not above the onion rings), so before the skin starts to give up its fat, the potatoes and onions don't burn. Sent in preheated oven until Browning of the skin. If the skin is not very oily, it can be oil or what You like. Before serving, don't forget to get the toothpicks.
