Cooking
For stuffing we need 2 chicken Breasts medium size mince with onions (1 - 2 pieces , depending on size). Add salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste 3 - 4 tbsp of semolina, beat one raw egg, mix well. The beef is ready. If you want you can add to the minced finely chopped greens.
Quail eggs clean. Cheese cut into cubes, around the size, with quail egg. Hats raw mushrooms to fry on both sides. Prepared on long skewers to impale the stuffing surprise: an egg, slice of cheese, a hat of the mushroom.
