One of my favorite salads, tender, delicious and quite simple to prepare

Cooking
1 and a half Cup of rice washed in running water at least 10 times, so the rice will not only washed away the dirt, but will gain moisture. Put in a saucepan with a double bottom (or cast iron) rice, add 2 cups of water with seasoning, put it on the fire and wait until the rice comes to a boil, after diminish the fire to low and cover, cook for 15 minutes, turn off heat. Then between rice and rectum to lay a towel to remove excess moisture, leave for another 10 minutes.
While we are preparing rice, we wash and cut the mushrooms in cubes. Put them in a heated pan with a little oil and cover with a lid, they should let the juice and writing a rolling boil it for 5 minutes.
After you open the lid to evaporate the liquid. So it should look like mushrooms, don't forget to salt the mushrooms at the end.
Here is a Bank of krill (better to take natural).
Sweet onions finely chop and sprinkle with salt, from krill to drain the water and crush with a fork, eggs cut into cubes, when rice and mushrooms are cooled, all mix and mayonnaise.
