Mackerel in Italian
A simple recipe for cooking mackerel. This dish I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    4 slice

  • Cheese

    4 slice

  • Dill

    4 piece

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

Each fillet cut into 2 parts. Season the fish with salt, ground black pepper and mustard. Put slices of cheese on cheese - dill. Cover with the second fillet. Wrap the fish in strips of bacon. Click on the photo to see it entirely.

To enable multiverse, set mode "Frying", the time 20 minutes. Lay the mackerel and fry on both sides until it will turn brown. If you want you can add a little vegetable oil.

To ready the fish, pour the wine. After boiling, switch the slow cooker mode "heating" and heat the fish for another 5 minutes.
