Description
A beautiful mix of delicate silky rice porridge and sour-sweet taste of caramelized pineapple. I suggest you try to cook in a slow cooker, time-tested, traditional rice pudding in the form of a Changeling with pineapple. This zapekanka would be ideal for any berry sauce or sour cream. Will appeal to both children and adults!!!

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products. In 1 liter of milk boil the rice. I took a round rice from TM "Mistral" brand italika, because it is ideal for casseroles-it says so on the package and definitely!!! Cook rice porridge, add salt to taste. For flavor you can add in milk, vanilla, one - half, or even skins from vanilla pod.
Porridge is sufficiently thick, put it to cool to lukewarm. You can also use ready-made porridge left from Breakfast or dinner.
In another bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, until the sugar dissolves Then add the softened butter, stir, add the sifted flour and stir, to avoid lumps.
To combine this mix with our cold rice and dried cherries, but you can take raisins and other candied or dried fruit, and a good stir.
The Cup multivarki grease very well with butter and cover the bottom and sides of cane sugar to create a caramelized crust on the pineapple.
Catch the pineapple from the syrup and put them directly into the sugar on the bottom and sides of the bowl (in the centers of pineapple I added dried cherries). We then put our rice mixture and enable multiverse mode "Pastries"1 hour.
Here's a snow Bunny she will turn out after a time, but we're preparing a casserole-shifter!! So after our pudding has cooled slightly, without removing it from the bowl, turn multivarku mode "Roasting", just 2-3 minutes, so the caramel on the bottom melted.
Neat!! (using the bowl for a couple) to remove zapekanku on the dish. To invite all to the table and to submit our shifter with cranberry or other berry sauce or with sour cream - also very tasty... Bon appetit!!
