Cooking
You need to pre-soak the gelatine in 40 min. Two packs of gelatine pour two cups of water. Put on the stove and bring to a boil. Forgot to take off as fluff, but it's simple. Cheese, egg yolks, butter and sugar beat 15 min. Add the cooled gelatin, stir and pour into forms. Put in refrigerator until firm.
Dissolve jelly according to instructions and cool
Pour the cooled jelly in a frozen white mass and put in the refrigerator until solidification jelly.
That's so yummy it turned out. Very gentle, sweet, and most importantly - the kids loved it.
