Jelly of melted milk chocolate
Delicious, healthy dessert, very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • The mixture powder

    0.5 pack

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    10 Tbsp

Gelatin cover with water, leave to swell, then heated in a water bath until dissolved. The milk is heating, put the sugar, when the sugar has dissolved enter gelatin. Cast 100 g of milk, add hot chocolate(powder) mix.

In silicone molds pour chocolate jelly, allow to cool, put into the refrigerator. As soon as you start to harden ("grab"), remove from the refrigerator

and add in the tins of milk jelly. Put into the refrigerator until fully cured.

Frozen jelly to remove from the molds, place them on a dish.

You can make in small ramekins and decorate with candy beads and strawberry.
