Delicate banana soufflé
This souffle can be cooked with different berries and fruits, easy to prepare, very tasty and tender, try it!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Butter

Bananas clean, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice (not darkened) and mash. Proteins cool, then beat with a mixer (the mass was dense, use a pinch of salt or a little lemon juice), add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar, mix, then 1 tbsp of sugar, beat until fluffy mass.

The portion of beaten egg whites to be separated in another container, approximately 1/3 of the mass.

Carefully mix in the banana puree and put into a form (I had two) for baking at 2/3 volume, brushing with butter. On top pour the remaining beaten egg whites.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 deg. for even Browning.

Our dessert is ready, let it cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and serve! Bon appetit!
