  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Starch

    30 g

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    40 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Melt the chocolate, add sugar and egg. A nice rubdown.

Add the remaining ingredients. You should get a thick dough, like cream.

Confectionery syringe to apply the snowflakes. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Bake at 160 °C until Golden brown.
