I love pizza and all prepared by many. But unfortunately, people often make mistakes, especially in terms of preparing dough and pastries! This recipe - the basic principles make a REAL pizza like in the homeland of this dish in Italy! The dish is incredibly quick and easy to perform!

It turns out to be a lump, which we cover with a towel and put in a warm place to rest. How much depends on your yeast. I usually dry it is suitable for 30-40 minutes. Should increase in volume in 2-3 times. Until fit - we take our tomatoes and mix them with salt, sugar and vinegar to taste. This will blow up the sauce! In a good way! And there are 2 important points: 1. TOMATOES MUST BE ITALIAN IN ITS OWN JUICE BLANCHED! 2. SALT, SUGAR AND VINEGAR TO THEM - MUST HAVE! THIS IS WHAT MAKES THE TASTE OF PIZZA AND ITALIAN RESTAURANT!
