Cooking
Boil potatoes in their skins until tender.
Meanwhile, the finely chopped onion fry until Golden brown.
And fry chopped meat (0,5x0,5 cm) until tender.
Potatoes put in cold water to cool and take the paste. In a bowl combine the flour, yogurt, razryhlitel, 1 tbsp of sunflower oil and a pinch of salt, gradually adding water, knead elastic dough and leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
Potatoes finely chop, combine with meat and onions, season with salt. The stuffing is ready. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll into thin circles. On the seam to put cheese, cut into slices, top with the stuffing. To cover the second layer on top and connect the edges. Here in this step I could use to trim the edges and leave a very short. But I did it after baking.
Over medium heat, and hot dry pan fry the tortillas on both sides. This happens very quickly. After lightly grease the top with milk using a brush. Before serving, the tortillas can be warmed in the oven to make sure that they are warm inside.
