Cooking
In soy milk, to prepare which independently you can for this recipe http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/58692/ (thanks, Maria!), add the lemon juice and set aside – let the milk they will fold.
Ripe bananas peeled and blend in any convenient way for you. I did this using a hand blender, but not mislead, the device is placed in a bowl exclusively for the entourage.
For the banana puree, add sugar (I have a reed "Mistral Demerara" - loved him in baking after the appropriate competition), mix, there also pour the mixture of soy milk and lemon juice, mix until smooth.
Separately mix the dry ingredients – flour (I used whole wheat and "tower", in equal proportions), salt, baking powder and grated nutmeg.
Pour puréed mixture into the flour and mix well.
Turn the nuts. I stopped on the almonds. I had to clean it (who doesn't know how to do it easily, look here http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/51243/) and fry. Think pretty will with hazelnuts, but walnuts I don't see it.
Pour the nuts into the batter and mix. Grind the nuts or not is a matter of taste. I love them entirely.
The final touch is a berry. If it is frozen, you must unfreeze it is not necessary. Spread blueberries on the batter and mix gently.
In a greased or lined with baking paper form to move the dough. Sprinkle with kaboom cereal or muesli, lightly soaked in water, and brown sugar.
Bake in a preheated 175-180*C oven. With such an abundance of berries to check the readiness wooden torch is problematic, almost inevitably stick gets in the blueberries. I have the cake spent in the oven 60 minutes.
Be sure to give the cake to cool on a wire rack before you slice it.
