Cucumber bread with cheese
After seeing this recipe, I was surprised, because never before and never heard of it. However, I decided to try. What happened? Come and see.

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Cucumber

In a small bowl mix the yeast, sugar, flour and water. Put in a warm place for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, let us cucumbers. If the rind of the fruit is too rough or bitter, it needs to be cleaned. Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater, salt and leave to stand for the duration of the approach of sourdough.
