Cooking
In a small bowl mix the yeast, sugar, flour and water. Put in a warm place for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, let us cucumbers. If the rind of the fruit is too rough or bitter, it needs to be cleaned. Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater, salt and leave to stand for the duration of the approach of sourdough.
Then drain the liquid (not to fanaticism, pressing the cucumbers don't need), mix cucumbers with dill and sourdough. Add grated on a coarse grater cheese (if you want the bread was blotches of cheese should be cut into small cubes and pour a little flour). Gradually pouring flour, knead elastic dough.
Put the dough in the form. I divided it into 8 parts, each rolled up bun and laid out in the shape of a flower. Cover the form with foil and leave to increase test 2 times.
Coming up a little dough to grease with vegetable oil and send in a heated to 200°C oven for about 1 hour. The aroma of baking bread is almost like a pickling cucumber.
And here is the finished bread. Me, not particularly accustomed to bread with additives, liked it. Especially delicious warm. The crumb is porous and slightly moist.
