Description
Another recipe spreads in the Treasury website. On search anything similar was not given. I recommend to all fans of spices that don't eat garlic because of its peculiar smell. In this treatment there is a pronounced odor, leaving only notes of garlic and the aroma of spices.

Cooking
Garlic to parse the teeth, but not clean. Trim only the stems.
In a bowl pour the salt, black pepper (or mixture of peppers), spices to your taste (all 0.5 tsp), add the nutmeg.
Add the garlic and cover with oil. I took it home, and fragrant. Cover the pot and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 150-170*
Take out the pot, remove the lid and... trying to stay on his feet from stunning fragrance!!! Cool the garlic, peel.
Grind in a blender or mash with a fork.
Add the remaining oil with spices. Stir.
