These little peppers. Stuff them with feta, or cheese, or as I today Philadelphia cheese with garlic and herbs.
Peppers bake in the oven at t 200 degrees just 10 minutes. They are so small that baked very quickly. Gently peel the peppers from the skin and seeds, they must remain intact. With the help of a coffee spoon or pastry syringe to fill the peppers with cheese.
Prepare the marinade. For this, 150 ml. of boiling water add vinegar, lemon juice, salt and sugar. The marinade should not be too sharp and necessarily like the taste. Scalded with boiling water in the jar put the garlic, a pinch of Provencal herbs and stuffed peppers. Pour the marinade and vegetable oil. Cover and put into the refrigerator for 2 days.
