Cooking
Cottage cheese, soft butter, eggs, sifted flour and salt and knead dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Turkey fillet wash, dry and cut into small pieces. In a pan melt the butter, fry the meat.
To fillet add the chopped onion and pumpkin, cut into small cubes. Cook for another 5 minutes. Salt, pepper, season with grated nutmeg. To give the filling cool.
Boil the rice until tender according to package instructions. For this dish I used a rice Mistral wild aquatics. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, put into molds for tartlets to form bumpers. At the bottom of tartlets put 1 tsp of rice.
The Turkey and the pumpkin add chopped green onion, mix well. The stuffing is evenly spread in the mold in Fig.
Beat eggs with cream, add grated cheese. Pour this mixture in the tart filling. Bake mini-quiches in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Mini-quiches are very tasty both hot and cold.
