But in recent years, increasingly hear the phrase from my son and his friend: - "and for us to have something fruity?" This recipe I wanted to cook a long time ago, but somehow it never came up. Cooking
Dry ingredients mix in a bowl with a whisk. I didn't have cornmeal, I took the cereal and ground it in a coffee grinder.
Add the egg, soy sauce, gradually add the milk a few tablespoons.
The batter should be like thick cream. If desired, you can salt.
Sausages strung on skewers, roll in flour (so the batter will stick better), dip in batter and fry in hot oil until Golden brown. Oil I warmed in a small casserole, and during cooking constantly replayed the skewer so that the batter is evenly laid down on the sausage and didn't drain down.
I like to cut the sausages into two pieces, so its easier to cook, and don't need to use much oil. Corndog ready to put on a napkin to soak up excess oil. Serve with ketchup and mustard. PS do Not put in dough smoked paprika (as I), she, in my opinion, highly colored it, and while cooking fried it even more flushed.
