Cooking
Crush the garlic.
In a saucepan, heat the oil and a few minutes fry the garlic on low heat.
To garlic add 1 can of beans with liquid, mashed with a fork. You can use immersion blender.
Then add a jar of sliced tomato, if they are not cut, then mash them with a fork.
From the second cans of beans drain, rinse. And send in the soup.
Pour in the stock. (It can be prepared in advance, for example in the evening)
Bring to a boil. And sent the pasta. Here, see for yourself if you want the soup to be thick, add more. The recipe is a glass, for me it very much, so I take the eye, about a handful. It is better to cook the pasta until half done, because when we turn off the soup, the pasta will continue to prepare further, and that we should avoid cereal, I think. Here, salt and pepper.
