Description

Pepper, baked ham
A dish for lovers of bell pepper, come in handy for a light lunch or dinner. The recipe was posted by a user Irina_M under the same name in 2009 and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pepper wash, remove core, cut into thick rings. Oil (I prefer olive, Basil infused extra herbs) mixed with Provencal herbs, add salt and pour pepper. Leave to marinate for a few hours.

That's such a ham. Easy to cut into long strips.

Cut the ham into strips and wrap the pepper.

To put a ring of pepper in a baking dish. Add water or broth.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180*C for 15-30 minutes. Cooking time will depend on Your taste preferences (more soft or more crispy pepper).
