Rice with almonds, cheese and tomatoes
Don't know what to cook on the side? Normal rice is already tired? Then I suggest to cook this dish, the rice in combination with hard cheese, almonds and tomatoes. Very unusual and new taste. Go as a side dish and as a completely separate dish. Prepared quickly and simply.

Wash rice and boil in salted boiling water for 20 minutes. [b]tip:[/b] if You want to cook crumbly rice, remember, of water take exactly twice the volume of rice. Per Cup of rice to two cups of water. The rice, pour boiling water, salt (I put in a glass of rice 1 teaspoon of salt), allow to boil on high heat without cover until absorbed almost all the water. Close the lid, the fire diminish to a minimum and cook for 20 minutes. Off, the cover is not open(!) and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Open before serving to loosen. I guarantee rice will be crumbly.

To the boiled rice mix with almonds, cheese and one tablespoon of butter. In a frying pan, melt the remaining butter, put the rice and flatten. Cut in half tomatoes to put on top (slices up) and push the rice to the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle tomatoes dried oregano (or Basil). All season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. After cooking, sprinkle with almonds (optional), chopped parsley and serve hot.
