Description

Yogurt pie with fish filling
In General, nothing complicated... and, as always, you need to attach the products from the refrigerator, and nice give very different products))) so I thought and thought and remembered that I used to often bake pies from kefir dough, very simple, but filling - my imagination really inspired by one wonderful recipe my girlfriend Anya (AnnaBlokhina). In General, it is interesting and very good!

    100 g

  • Potatoes

Cooking

step-0
Pour into a bowl 1 Cup of flour and mix with salt. In another bowl, pour the yogurt and add to it the baking soda and mix well, soda, in turn, extinguished the yogurt it becomes so "fluffy" and slightly foam. Then we pour it into the flour.
step-1
There add the egg, begin to gently mix with a whisk.
step-2
Vegetable oil.
step-3
Now begin to gradually add to the dough the second Cup of flour, disturb gently, adding flour until the dough becomes the consistency of thick cream. It took me less than a Cup, of course, depends on the flour.
step-4
So... now about the stuffing. Possible absolutely any options... Perfect for this test - cabbage, but... it was NECESSARY (to someone) canned fish. And a piece of cheese had to be added... and... I Took a jar of canned food (like mackerel). Oil drained, but not until the end, that was not very dry. Mash with a fork.
step-5
RUB cheese on a coarse grater. 100 grams should be enough, although as you like it, the next time I'll take a little more)))
step-6
Potatoes (raw) is also grate and add the greens. I still not over frozen dill - this option seemed better than vyalenkie twigs in the nearby vegetable stall. And of course, all mix...
step-7
On a baking sheet - half of the dough, the dough evenly with the filling, respectively, and top with second half of dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake our pie 30-40 minutes (I'm in the middle usually turn the temperature down to 180)
step-8
Bake until Golden brown. Just with this test I have punctures do not happen, my oven like it or resists, but the top still rumanetsa good)))
