Decided to finally make another animal-cartoon company for the contest "world of animals" - sweet pies with apples and raisins... this dough makes a delicious flan with fruit, in my book it is called: "Summer pie".

Sugar, eggs, margarine, vanilla sugar, diluted in warm milk, yeast, salt, mix until smooth. Add the flour. We pour gradually until a soft plastic dough, took me about 750 grams of flour. The dough roll into a ball, wrap in cling film, put in the fridge for an hour. Stuffing made from apples, with raisins + a little sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.
After an hour take the dough for a regular pie, divide the dough into 2 unequal parts: of more to roll out the circle, put into a form with borders, on top of the filling. Of the smaller parts to make the lattice on a pie. To grease with a yolk bake in the preheated to 200* oven for 20-25 minutes.
For a cartoon company divided the dough into 4 parts. The trunk in all animals made from stuffing, the rest of the sculpt details separately and attach.
We have this Winnie and Piglet. Before baking oiled animals yolk with a few drops of milk. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes at 200*. The frosting is made of protein+powdered sugar+a few drops of lemon juice to dye - food coloring, cinnamon, cocoa.

After the main coloring was dry, the icing on the animals a few minutes in a hot oven and when they cooled, I painted the small parts.
