A loaf of wheat
Always wanted to bake a loaf at home to taste, we sell in the store. Many climbed on is not present looked for, a couple of times of experimenting, but it turned out a little something. And here is my next experiment, it seems possible, got exactly the taste of the store-bought loaf( I can only speak for the shops of Kiev), for other can not say.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Of the products for the starter: dissolve yeast in water + flour and knead the dough. Will get this tight (not liquid) piece of dough, as pictured. To put it in a bowl, cover and leave overnight.

Then add to our starter (right in the bowl) and other products for the dough and knead the dough. You can knead by hand about 15 minutes, in a food processor, then 10 minutes, but you can in the bread maker. If the batch will be held in the oven, then throw the products as specified in your HP, and yeast to put on top. To put on mode the dough (or pizza), but not perform the complete cycle of mixing, and only 10-15 minutes, turn off and leave the dough to rise right in the oven. For the other kneading: the dough for the approach to put in a bowl and cover with a towel and leave an hour and a half. Only go for kneading once all the flour (especially in the oven). Take the first 300g, and the extent of mixing (or the formation of a bun in the oven), we will see how much to add. The dough should be soft and smooth.

During baking the loaf several times to sprinkle or brush with water. Loaf is ready if when you knock it it sounds hollow.
