Description
A wonderful pie that will suit and on weekdays and holidays, and for a picnic (not far off the summer!). Somewhere on the website I saw a similar recipe, but with different proportions. Same here - everything is simple, inexpensive and very fast.

Cooking
From sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, flour, pinch of salt and knead the batter
Pour half of the dough on a greased baking sheet, evenly spread on it grated on a coarse grater raw potatoes
Jar of canned fish (recipe was supposed to "Pacific Saury," but I like "Mackerel", because cooking it) mash them with a fork, it is desirable (but I necessarily) after removing all the bones, and also to arrange on top of potatoes
Pour on top of stuffing with remaining half of dough and send in the oven for about 45 minutes (the temperature I put about 180-200 gr.). After a few minutes, all the Pets come running to you, because the flavor is stunning...
Once the cake is removed from oven, it settles a bit, as it should be. A topping is not needed, the surface is buttery, smooth. Personally, I prefer to eat this cake immediately, while still hot, as they say piping hot, but cold it is tasty
