Cottage cheese and cream carrot cake

  • Leavening agent

  • Carrots

  • Cheese

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

Cooking
