Semifreddo with kiwi
Very delicious desert, very gentle. It turns out creamy ice cream and ice pop in one. Kiwi, you can substitute your favorite fruit. The Svetlana SAGo recipe with my changes

Ingredients

  • Cream

    350 ml

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Kiwi

    500 g

Cooking

Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 Cup cold water, leave for 30 minutes to melt (but do not boil!) - I in the microwave (1-2 minutes).
