Was very glad when I saw this dish on the website yet! I represent to your attention a delicious, not time consuming and delicious dish! Want to surprise your guests with unusual dish juicy? Then go ahead!!! Kiwi pork - the perfect combination of products that complement each other ingredients!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Kiwi

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cut the meat into pieces with pockets.

I bought back, and even now it is soft, very juicy dish! The juice flowed profusely from every pocket!

Two kiwi peel and blend.

Meat salt-pepper, sprinkle with spices. Single kiwi cut into slices.

Coat the pieces of meat mashed kiwi fruit on all sides.

Inside lay the slices of kiwi.

Wrap in foil each piece separately!

Put into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours! At night or even for a day. Pre-cook before guests arrive bake. Very convenient!

Bake in heated oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200*C.
