Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1.25 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp of cocoa powder and 4 tbsp sugar.

1 packet (10 g) gelatin pour a glass of milk and prepare according to instructions. I leave the gelatin for 10 minutes, then heated it in the microwave until dissolved.

Mix gelatin and milk mass with cocoa and sugar.
