  • Beef

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Spices

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Dry red wine

    750 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    2 share

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The meat is cut in big pieces. Wash and dry with a paper towel every bite.

In a deep saucepan or frying pan, fry chopped onion in butter. Put it in a plate.

In the same pan fry the pieces of meat.
