Julien in pancake bags
Often prepared Juliani in pancake pouches, though, and ramekins there, but so beautifully decorated. Checked, this feed is sure to please, and guests and relatives. Very tasty, tender, flowing at a cut filling will not leave anyone indifferent. These pancakes can be prepared in advance, they will not get soggy, thanks to the added starch, and before eating just reheat in the micro.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Cream

    350 ml

Cooking

All products must be at room temperature. Sift flour in bowl, add dry yeast TM SAF-MOMENT, sugar, salt, stir with a whisk.

Warm the milk with water to break the eggs, mix well.

Then pour in the vegetable oil, still well to combine everything.

The dry ingredients pour half of the rate of liquid mixture, mix well to avoid lumps. Then pour pieces remaining milk and egg liquid and stir. The dough cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

So well risen dough after 40 minutes.

Cast ladle of the dough in a bowl and add the starch. Mix well with a whisk and return to the dough and mix.

Preheat the frying pan and brush with oil. Later the oil was no longer oiled, depends on the pan. The dough is poured into the center of the pan and rotate it so the batter is evenly distributed across the pan. Fry on one side...

... and then on the other side, until Golden brown.

While suitable dough, prepare the filling. I have pre-cooked chicken breast and eggs. Chop them finely, grate the cheese. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil, add salt, put on plate.

To make the sauce: melt on low heat butter, add flour, stir quickly with a whisk for a few seconds and start to pour the warm cream to get a slightly watery consistency, as it will be filling, it is not much diluted. The cream can stay. Add salt, nutmeg, soumaoro a mixture of peppers. Add chopped into small pieces the chicken breast, mix well.

Add in pan-fried mushrooms with onion, mix well.

Add grated cheese, again mix well.

Now add chopped eggs, mix everything.

Taste and add if needed salt and pepper and adjust the thickness of cream, but that was not very liquid, but not thick. Note that the sauce will thicken a little when cooled.

For each pancake put a tablespoon of Julien, sprinkle the top with chives. Gather all the edges to the center to obtain a bag and tie the feather bow, where I added green onions or string cheese-pigtail, no added green onions.
