Almond jelly
Recently I read a book. The list of dishes served for the main characters as time, there were the almond jelly. I was wondering what it is, and I decided to try to cook it. Perhaps a year ago, I even could not imagine how it is done. But... I now Have a "cook", here I am back in the spring to get hold of recipe of delicious almond milk. And guess how to cook the jelly, can just. :-)

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    45 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

First you need to soak the almonds in cool water for 5 hours.

Then drain the water, add coconut and honey (sugar). Pour the water and shake thoroughly in a blender.

Here's a delicious weight we get.

Gelatin to pour the cream and leave for 35-40 minutes for swelling. Then heat to gelatin dissolves, but do not boil.

Now we need to strain almond milk.

This "cake". You can add it to cakes and can be eaten just like that. By the way, very tasty.
