Description
My husband loves steam trains, so the OTHERS this year he got a cookie. A bit unusual dough figurines (made cut from a honey-ginger), but very tasty! Don't know how you, dear and beloved husband I was pleasantly surprised - and I am thrilled! And the touch of sage has made an extraordinary twist! I would be glad if it is like our cooks, or someone useful patterns. So, I invite all to walk on the train the Surprise on the path of Joy in the land of Happiness!!

Cooking
To use the products of TM "Mistral" - the oat flakes "Hercules traditional" and sugar MT "Mistral" universal
I saw in the Internet that there are molds, but we have not found, and there was a lot of time looking, so I drew my own patterns. First confused in the number of parts, then in size, but did it!))
Cut tried on))) - again pocherku because inattentive. In the photo are the final patterns
Mixed the flour, sugar TM "Mistral" and spices
Oat cereals of TM "Mistral" milled in a coffee grinder and added to flour with spices and sugar
Separately beat the egg yolks, adding about a tablespoon of sugar in the process of whipping (from the specified quantity of sugar). Added to the mix
There also added melted butter. Well vymenila
Added yeast. Again vymenila and put the bowl for an hour in the cold
After - roll the dough and began to cut on the patterns of the train (not very comfortable to use paper patterns, but coped)
As you cut put them on a baking tray, covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees
Made the icing - whipping the whites, put the powdered sugar and in the end added the juice of a lemon - came out very thick paste
This paste (glaze) is laid out in a bag, cut the corner and began to decorate the details of trains
When the glaze has dried, start to credinet parts of cars and trains, previously in those parts in which made the "ears" for connection of the structure (sounds like something...!), plunging ribbons to it then it is easier to tie bows to fasten together trailers
On dry glaze painted hearts with sugar pencils
When all was ready, decorated with a small amount of frosting to simulate snow and put personal cookies
Here and ready to train-train. I would be very glad if you like our birthday cookie!
