Description
The recipe, maybe on the website more than a day and not live)). But we –without claims for eternity!)) I think that similar recipes many, many. There may be the same but somehow different-called, or something slightly different in the ingredients –the search system on the website still not perfect, alas. Put it because.... Girls, there was no bread in the house. To go to the store – the whole affair. And EDMONDS Cookery Book caught my eye. After an hour I had baked two delicious "bread" - for the arrival of her husband! Simply and quickly! Maybe the recipe to someone that is right now useful?

Cooking
Dissolve the sugar in the bowl of warm water. Add dry yeast in a warm place for 10 minutes before the yeast will foam.
Sift into large bowl the flour, add the salt to 1.5 tsp, mix well.
Add in the flour foamed yeast and olive oil (2 tbsp).
Knead smooth, not sticky dough. I was kneading in the bread maker. The book suggest to throw out the dough on a floured surface, and knead 5 minutes until smooth, elastic dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Each piece divide in half, roll into a sausage shape with a length of about 20 cm to Connect the two between themselves, braiding their hair. It is –in the original recipe. Wouldn't that result in buns-twists. Like what I have right in the pictures. I needed bread so I divided the dough into 8 pieces, roll the sausage)), braided two braids, and joined the braids together.
To put our buns on a lightly oiled baking sheet at a distance from each other –they don't not grow)). Mix the olive oil -2 tbsp. l. crushed through the press a clove of garlic.
To lubricate our buns with this mixture using a cooking brush. Cover with cling film and leave for proofing in a warm place for 45 minutes –honestly, I was all ready for baking in 30 –we now have hot. the rolls should increase in size twice a year or two
Chop rosemary. (I added some rosemary, parsley and thyme – this stuff from me this year more than you need...)))
"Grown up" rolls sprinkle chopped rosemary, finely grated Parmesan and rock salt (I used sea, cereals). Parmesan in the house was not, but was a cheap mozzarella that I bought for pizza. Sprinkled her. In the pictures there is this – I baked these muffins twice in a day my husband and I quickly dealt with the "first batch" for dinner, they are very much delicious and fluffy and I decided to make them again –to do them faster and better!)) But the second time I forgot to add the cheese.... Well, cheese, I did add one, but when it is lightly browned in the oven when I remembered)))
And I got two different rolls. Cheese
Bake in a preheated 220S oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 200C and bake another 5 minutes until Golden brown. ENJOY IT, MY DEAR!
