Actually, for this recipe my ex-mother-in-law makes stew. And I once tried, now sometimes cook, when there is no time to mess around.
Ingredients

Cooking
Chicken legs cut into pieces, salt, pepper, add finely chopped garlic, mix well.
Put in a dry liter jar. Nothing more to add is not necessary, cover the jar with a metal lid (rubber band removed!) and put in a cold oven. Include a medium-high heat, about 20 minutes diminish the heat to low and leave for another 1 hour to languish.
That's what we've got! Until the chicken is cooked, you can prepare some side dish and salad. Use the juice as gravy.
By the way, to make a stew, a chicken should be cut into smaller and a little more salt. In a quart jar fit two legs.
