Cooking

step-0
Pork fillet cut into plates with a thickness of about 5 cm, then each slice into thin (as thin as possible) strips. Prepare the marinade: mix the juice and zest of lemon with sugar, Basil, cinnamon, red pepper, salt. Marinate in this mixture of pork for 10 minutes (preferably 1-2 hours if time permits).
step-1
Peppers remove seeds, cut into thin strips. Onion half-rings.
step-2
In a frying pan (a wok or a regular deep) very hot vegetable oil, put the marinated pork (marinade not to pour), and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, add the onions, fry for another 3 minutes, stir continuously.
step-3
Diminish the heat to medium, add the peppers, marinade, and cook under the lid for 10 more minutes, until fry pork and vegetables are tender.
step-4
At the same time cook the rice and prepare the salsa. Tomatoes peel (pre-cut the skin crosswise and pour over boiling water) and seeds, cut small cubes. Onions (preferably red) half rings, cucumber thin slices (on the shredder). Mix well (I put the layers on a serving plate), add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil, top with chopped fresh herbs (not too finely). Next spread salsa with a side of rice, it is pork. 30 minutes and a delicious dinner is ready!! Help yourself!!!
