Fish kebabs with vegetables
This is a lovely balanced dish is incredibly delicious! Feature - it is certainly a marinade for fish, soy sauce and mustard - give it richness and flavor, the lemon juice and balsamic acidity and freshness, herbs and olive oil - touch of Provence.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Cauliflower

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.333 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

You first need to have vegetables to put them bake. Cauliflower disassembled into small florets, onion cut into feathers, pepper strips, cherry tomatoes in half. Put vegetables in a form or on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle the vegetables with the teriyaki sauce and olive oil. Put in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes.

While the vegetables are roasting, prepare the marinade for the kebabs. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and herbs.

Mix the sauce until smooth

Fish cut into small pieces-cubes. Leave fish in marinade for 15-20 minutes.

Fish strung over skewers soaked in water. Put the skewers on the vegetables and pour the leftover marinade.

Increase oven temperature to 220S and turn on the grill. Bake the skewers with the vegetables for 5 minutes, then turn over and another 5 minutes.
