Cutlets from cabbage
Cutlets from cabbage is a very simple, economical and tasty dish. In addition, it is cooked quickly and simply. The burgers are juicy with a thin crispy Golden crust.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

1. Cabbage finely chop with a knife or in a food processor.

2. Put in a colander padded with a towel, salt and let stand 30 minutes to drain excess liquid.

3. Roll the edges of the towel to squeeze the cabbage.

4. Put the cabbage in a large bowl, add the finely chopped onion, eggs, salt and pepper and all mix well.

5. To form patties and roll them in breadcrumbs. (Biscuits are best to do yourself, cut the dry baguette in a blender, then baby is more large and the Patty will be more airy and crispy).

6. Pour into the pan the oil, generously pour it to a level of about 0.5 cm and spread the cutlets. Fry about 10 minutes on medium heat on one side, then flip and cook for 7-10 minutes on the other side, until Golden brown.
