Another wonderful dish of vegetables - zucchini. Delicious, filling and healthy. Can be eaten warm or cold.

Cooking
In vegetable oil fry one large or two small bulbs.
Tomatoes without the peel to grate and add to the onions.
Zucchini cut into cubes (if young is not necessary to clean), send in the pan to the onions and tomatoes. Season with ketchup, salt, pepper and sugar. Ketchup can be replaced with tomato paste. Simmer 20-25 minutes, until tender.
In prepared vegetables to put boiled beans (or open a jar of canned in its own juice), add the garlic and herbs.
