Cooking

step-0
So, first we need to mix a variety of vegetables. This can be done, finely chop them with a knife, rubbed on a grater or chopped in a blender. Or vegetables can be pre-boiled until soft and crushed. Vegetables you can use any, but especially tasty Kofta is derived from color or any other cabbage. Although, everything is not for everybody. Some, for example, like the Shirt is from regular potatoes, and some connoisseurs prefer a mixture of as many vegetables.
step-1
I ground the vegetables in the blender and I got this here, "Case-kneading". :-)
step-2
Now you need to add salt, soy sauce, herbs and spices. You can also add a little lemon juice. I like witty, so I added the chili sauce, but it's certainly not for everybody.
step-3
Now add the flour and knead the dough. In the ingredients I pointed out half a Cup of flour, but actually it is very, very roughly, as the amount of flour depends on the type of vegetables used. Knead the dough so that it is not too thick, but enough to roll his balls.
step-4
Here is here we've got a beautiful and unusual dough.
step-5
Roll out of it a small walnut-sized balls. When you roll in flour, but this is optional.
step-6
Fry the balls in vegetable oil over medium heat, until Golden brown. You want to cook for 20 minutes, it depends on the size of the balls.
step-7
Pat the balls with a napkin and serve. Be happy and healthy! Bon appetit!
