Variants of fillings can be different depending on taste and availability of the products: a mixture of different nuts, dried cherries and cranberries, raisins and dried apricots, prunes and dates! Cooking
The puff pastry defrost.
For the filling, wash the light and dark raisins, dried cherries and cranberries, dry. You can take the various dried fruits: apricots, prunes, figs and exotic.

Roll the square with filling into a tube on a diagonal, starting from one corner, to make a "cigar". Optionally top with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Place on a baking sheet with paper and bake for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown. Sprinkle the finished cakes with icing sugar. Serve with tea or coffee!
