Tatar cake
It's just a classic!!! Pale curd pie taste, but there's not a drop of cheese. Flavoured filling delicious. And, not least, its a lot!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

In warm milk add the butter, 1 egg, salt, sugar, dry yeast and flour (amount of flour are approximate). Knead not very steep dough and leave for an hour.

Roll the dough into a circle larger than the diameter of the form 2-3 cm

Beat lightly the eggs with the sugar. Better beat manually with a whisk to avoid bubbles in the filling.

Add sour cream and stir until smooth.

Put the dough to form the sides. On the dough put the stuffing. Bumpers bend.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
