Description
Yes, it is warm. In the original recipe the cake is recommended to be served warm, but, believe me, and when cooling it is not inferior to taste its source. Soft cake, crunchy top coconut with nuts and a subtle orange flavor - why not bliss? I invite you to this wonderful dessert! My assistant was made by the German magazine "every day" ( "Fuer jeden Tag").

Cooking
Our products, without which we, well, can not do!
Orange thoroughly wash, dry and using a fine grater remove the zest, the white skin is not affected.
In a suitable container, beat eggs with 300 g sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk until creamy, preferably with a mixer for 5 minutes. The orange zest, stir.
The flour and baking powder, combine and sift through a sieve.
To whipped egg mass add yogurt and flour with baking powder, stir. I blend everything with a mixer at low speed.
Peeled almonds chop with a knife, not tiny, just small. I had whole almonds that are already peeled. If you don't need the usual almond pour boiling water for 10 minutes, drain the water, remove the skin, dry, chop. In this recipe pre-dry, calcine or roast the almonds don't need.
In a separate bowl mix 100 grams of sugar and 50 grams of crushed almonds and coconut flakes.
Pour in the dough with baking paper a rectangular shape 30x40 cm (I 30x27 base). Coconut-almond-and-sugar topping are evenly distributed around the pie.
Don't forget to preheat the oven-180 degrees. Put the pie on the middle level of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
While baked cake, prepare the sauce. We will need 200 ml of 30% fat cream and 5 tbsp of orange juice. From a small orange turns out just 5-6 tablespoons of juice. I recommend fresh juice strain through a sieve. Cream mix with juice.
After 20-25 minutes take out cake from oven and using a toothpick, apply a hot pie on the frequent "injections" over the entire surface of the pie. Then immediately a hot pie quickly and neatly impregnate with creamy orange filling (I filled a tablespoon). So.
Quite a bit wait until slightly cool. Cut into diamonds, squares, etc. and preferably served warm.
I was sampling and in warm or fully cooled form-delicious in any! As they say, beauty does not spoil...
P. S. who count calories, want to please: 1 slice = 137 Kcal. Well, it is if you follow the recipe, i.e. one slice from the 30 I. you Can afford, isn't it?
