Cooking
Add all the ingredients for the dough in the breadmaker bucket (bookmark to make in the order recommended by the manufacturer). Enable "Pizza".
If the dough is kneaded by hand, to combine two kinds of flour, salt sugar and knead the dough, gradually pouring water. At the end of kneading add the vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
Onions and garlic diced. Fry in vegetable oil until soft. Pour balsamic vinegar, combine with brown sugar and stir. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, reduce the heat and stirring constantly. Cool.
Grease hands with vegetable oil, stretch the dough into a small circle. Put the stuffing.
To roll the roulade. Lightly flour and make incisions.
To shift to a form or on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil or lined with baking paper. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 25-35 minutes. To give bread to cool. Store in cloth bag or in a plastic bag.
