Gambovtsy
This dish is served only in my homeland, they treated me and my grandmother and mother. Now I indulge my husband and I want to share with you this unusual, but very tasty sweet dish

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Salt

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Drain

    10 piece

  • Sugar

    10 piece

  • Crackers

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes, preferably soft, clean, wash and boil as for mashed potatoes, but without the salt. Mash into a puree, add butter and salt, allow to cool. In mashed potatoes add the egg and flour, knead dense dough that is slightly sticky.

Plum wash, remove the bone instead of bone to put sugar. Plum is better to take less, I just was only large.
