Chicken burgers with liver
This recipe I had not so long ago, but when I cook them, we celebrate. Burgers are very tasty. Inside delicate filling of chicken liver.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 cup

  • Milk

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

The egg and onion mix in blender (you can grind meat, but I like it)

Minced knead well and beat (to do this, take a small piece and throw it in the bowl, stir and repeat, repel 7 minutes, but not too beat, so as not to contaminate the kitchen).

The stuffing should be sticky – not thick, not runny. Close foil and put into the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

While the meat is resting, prepare the liver. Liver wash, peel and grind in a meat grinder. Onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil (take from the total amount of oil will not hurt and ghee) until Golden brown. To add to it the liver (here I have a liver of 500 g. the rest went to farshirovannye pancakes).

Start making meatballs. Shaping them is easier with the help of cling film. Table cover film about 35х25. The film is slightly moistened. Take 1 tablespoon of chicken mince, put it on film, cover with another edge of the film (if you have stuffing watery - add breadcrumbs 1/2 tbsp).
