Chicken legs braised in soy sauce
Sooooo delicious, simple version of cooking chicken. I would call it even and diet. Minimum effort - an excellent result. The secret is in the sauce.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

Ingredients. As the chicken component can take only drumsticks or just thighs. The essential ingredient is soy sauce TM Kikkoman

With chicken remove the skin. Put it in a pan, pour boiling water so that almost covers the meat. Cook for half an hour.

Carrots cut into long thin sticks or grate on a special grater. Onions cut into thin half-rings. The pan pour oil, put on different sides of the onions and carrots, fry, stir, bring to readiness.

Finely chop garlic, grate ginger, mix with starch, sugar, salt, mixture of peppers. Add soy sauce TM Kikkoman. While the sauce aside.

Meanwhile, the legs were cooked. Remove them from the pan, cool slightly, chop into pieces. The lower part of the legs is not needed.

Add to the sauce 200-250 ml of chicken broth, mix well.

Place the sauce in a pot along with the vegetables. Bring to a boil.

In boiling sauce to put pieces of ham, then simmer under cover for about 10 minutes.
